This is a Peddy. Peddy can control the weather.

Peddy has a pet, which is Capa. If someone tells Peddy "Peddy, rain", Peddy will produce rain. When the rain stops, the rain water will turn into a Capa. Someone will get the Capa. Peddy will get a new Capa too.

Peddy drinks rain and eat nothing.

The Peddy will not die and if you slice it with sword or knife, it will just break into little pieces and the little pieces will form into lots of little Peddy.
